We collect the least we can get away with. This page spells out exactly what that means when you use apocalypsebbq.com — what gets collected, who touches it, and how to make us delete it.

Who we are
Apocalypse BBQ operates this website and the restaurant at 8695 SW 124th Ave, Miami, FL 33183. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Apocalypse BBQ; “you” means anyone visiting apocalypsebbq.com. Questions go to catering@apocalypsebbq.com or (786) 273-7883.
What we collect
This site has no account system, no login, and no shopping cart. There are exactly two ways information reaches us:
The catering inquiry form
When you submit a catering request we receive the fields you fill in: name, email address, phone number, optional company name, headcount, event date and start time, per-person budget range, service type, event location and address, and any comments you add. We use it to quote and plan your event — nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list without you asking.
Ordinary server logs
Our host records standard request data — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and a timestamp — the way every web server does. It is used to keep the site up and to spot abuse, and it is not tied back to you by name.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not run an analytics or ad-retargeting pixel on this site. Third-party content embedded in our pages — the Google Maps frame on the Hours & Location page, in particular — may set its own cookies when it loads. That is Google's collection, governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
Who else handles your information
We keep the list of outside services deliberately short. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job:
- Web3Forms — delivers catering form submissions to our inbox. It processes the fields you submit in order to relay them.
- Toast — runs online ordering. When you click “Order Online” you leave our site for Toast's, and anything you enter there (including payment details) is collected by Toast under Toast's privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.
- Google — provides the embedded map and the waitlist we link to. Using either sends data to Google under Google's terms.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves this website, and processes the server logs described above.
Beyond these, we share information only when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to protect our guests, our crew, or the business.
How long we keep it
Catering inquiries stay in our email as long as they are useful for serving you and keeping our own records straight, and are deleted on request. Server logs age out on our host's normal retention schedule.
Your choices
Email us at catering@apocalypsebbq.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Florida residents, and anyone covered by a state privacy law that grants access or deletion rights, can exercise those rights the same way — one email, no forms. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will remove it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we hold the amount of data we keep to the minimum precisely so there is little to lose.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be called out on the page rather than slipped in quietly.
